All of this to be applied to the public and private market, to boats, pleasure and work vessels, to cars, trucks, motorcycles and to any means of transport by road or rail, to industry, to energy production plants, lighting, civil protection, assistance to people, to the health system, to “Smart Cities” and to other sectors. All in compliance with and within the limits of the current legislation. The company may also perform, for the sole purpose of achieving the corporate purpose and as an instrumental and non-prevalent activity, the function of commercial agent and/or representative with or without a warehouse, both wholesale and retail of any type of product and technical service relating to the aforementioned activities. The company may also carry out, for the sole purpose of achieving the corporate purpose and as an instrumental and non-prevalent activity, any movable, real estate, commercial and credit, rental and mortgage transaction deemed useful or necessary, participate in community programs of any nature, acquire shareholdings or interests in companies or businesses in Italy or abroad with a similar or similar purpose to its own, carry out activities of collection, commentary, processing and dissemination of news intended to be communicated through the media, carry out activities of organization of events and meetings, implement research programs on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, acquire trademarks and production licenses as well as, also as a guarantee of obligations of others, provide sureties, endorsements, mortgages and other personal and real guarantees in favor of entities, banking institutions, natural and legal persons or third parties, but not the public in general. |
| Brief description of the business carried out, including research and development activity and expenditure | Activity carried out – The development, production and marketing of innovative products or services with high technological value consisting of research and development, patenting, design, prototyping, certification, production, marketing and maintenance of systems in the sectors: bionics, electronics, IT, telecommunications, mechanics, including for energy efficiency and storage, including in the field of renewable energy sources, public, private, street, industrial, management, office, commercial lighting, sports facilities, sites of historical and artistic value using computer-assisted simulations in the engineering field. Research and development activities and expenses – The specific activity to which the requirements relating to technological innovation refer (not the business activity already declared elsewhere) is: the conception, design, prototyping and certification of systems with UV-C technology applied to sanitization from viruses (in particular COVID-19) for surfaces, air, food and non-food products. In the absence of a financial statement in the first year of the company’s life, research and development expenses equal to or greater than 15% of the higher value between cost and total value of production of the innovative start-up were: 1) – purchase of utility model patent no. 0000271427 “smart LED street lamp for energy saving monitored and contracted by a remote control center” and related complete project equal to €80,000 plus VAT; 2) – extra muros assignment of the design for modification and updating of the electronics and control firmware of the entire system, in particular that relating to the LO.RA. and Bluetooth 5.0 radio communication vectors equal to €160,000 plus VAT; 3) – extra muros assignment of the design, prototyping and creation of an aluminum mold for an indoor ducted UVC lamp for air sanitization equal to €130,000 plus VAT; 4) – extra muros assignment of the design, prototyping and production of an aluminum mold for an indoor UVC lamp for surface sanitization equal to €110,000 plus VAT. |
